{"id":108,"date":"2017-12-29T12:46:14","date_gmt":"2017-12-29T12:46:14","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/shyamafoundation.org\/?page_id=108"},"modified":"2017-12-29T12:46:14","modified_gmt":"2017-12-29T12:46:14","slug":"our-goals","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/shyamafoundation.org\/?page_id=108","title":{"rendered":"Our Goals"},"content":{"rendered":"<h1 align=\"left\">Our Goals<\/h1>\n<ul>\n<li>To strive for overall development of children and adult in education and health particularly the underprivileged sections of society.<\/li>\n<li>To teach them basics of living in hygienice surroundings and also how to assimilate nutritional items in their meals.<\/li>\n<li>To work with and support underprivileged students for higher studies through academic assistance and career counseling.<\/li>\n<li>To motivate children and their parents to join the education system and to help them in the admission process.<\/li>\n<li>To provide them every facility related to their education and overall development.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p align=\"justify\"><strong>To train national staff to continue the service as independently as possible.<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Training of new assistants to become able enough to practice concepts and work as an assistant with professionalism and understanding.<\/li>\n<li>On-going training of national staff in skills such as education planning, personal hygiene, statistics and reporting.<\/li>\n<li>Training on listening and supporting spiritually our children and their families.<\/li>\n<li>To create opportunity for internationally trained educationists and healthcare professionals to work alongside national staff.<\/li>\n<li>Identify new international staff with professional qualifications to come for a minimum of 1 year.<\/li>\n<li>To facilitate good induction into local culture, including language study, adequate accommodation and managerial support.<\/li>\n<li>To ensure working alongside national staff to improve nationals&#8217;s professional capacity, project management, and scope of services offered.<\/li>\n<li>To keep communication open at all times between staff members both in and out of India<\/li>\n<li>To create opportunity<\/li>\n<li>Partnership with other organisations \/ groups with similar vision.<\/li>\n<li>To create training opportunities<\/li>\n<li>To document learnt experiences to be passed on to others going on to the field.<\/li>\n<li>Networking with other training institutions to promote developing world opportunities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Our Goals To strive for overall development of children and adult in education and health particularly the underprivileged sections of society.
